Neighborhood Signs – The 4 new signs are scheduled for installation in Late March/April currently.
Snow Shoveling – Christina Rappaport engages residents on Facebook each time it snows to see if anyone needs help shoveling. Neighborhood kids are assisting with the shoveling and residents are paying them as they deem fit for their service. If you would like to be added to the list, please contact Christina Rappaport at [email protected].
Stanton Liquors and corresponding Rock Ave property – There have been no updates to plans since July 2023 for the demolition of Stanton Liquors and the build of the larger complex. For the corresponding property on Rock Ave, plans were submitted on February 18th to build 5 homes. We were notified the plans were not done correctly and will need to be resubmitted but still sharing for transparency’s sake. Images provided below for your reference.
