Hello KCA Residents! As some residents are already aware, trash bills are increasing. We inquired with our representatives with Republic and Evergreen and have the below updates:
– Republic is no longer offering discounts to civic associations. No notice was provided to KCA regarding the timing of increases to residents but we know some have already seen increases recently.
– Evergreen is continuing to offer our community discount but pricing has still increased by approximately $20 for most residents. The new rates are trash/recycling for $73.50 & trash/recycling/yard waste for $97.50.
***Please be sure to let Evergreen that you are part of Kiamensi Civic Assocation for discounted pricing. ***
