The ballot for the 10 speed humps in Kiamensi Gardens has passed. DelDOT requires a minimum of 15% of residences to respond and 66% of responses in support for speed humps to pass. Deldot completed their speed data collection for Kiamensi Gardens in early February. Please note: Typically, seven (7) days of data is collected, but at times due to equipment malfunctions, weather, etc., a shorter period of data is acceptable. Due to the consistent inclement weather in the area, three (3) days of speed data was collected.
