DelDOT has provided notification that the ballots have been mailed to KCA residences for the 10 proposed speed humps for Henlopen, Diamond and Binstead. Please submit your ballot via mail or email as per the directions provided in the mailer.
15% of the distributed ballots must be returned and 2/3 of the respondents must show support in order for the speed humps to be installed.
