Our Q2 Kiamensi Civic Association (KCA) Meeting for 2024 is almost upon us and we wanted to let you know we are doing it again! We are hosting our meeting at Marshallton Steakhouse and we want you to join us.
Please come prepared to support their establishment by purchasing a beverage, small bite, full dinner, etc.

Please arrive at 6:30 pm to place orders for food or beverages. The meeting will start promptly at 7 pm.

What happens at these meetings you may be wondering?
Kim Williams, Brandon Toole, and Spiros Mantzavinos are regular speakers who update us on what they have been focused on and also assist with questions from our residents.
Our NCC Community Officer William DeJesus joins us as well as his schedule allows but if not, he provides neighborhood statistics.
KCA Updates are then given by the officers including budget, events, dues collection, meeting minute review and approval, etc.
Meetings typically last 90 minutes so expected end time would be 8:30 pm.
