The ballot for the 10 speed humps in Kiamensi Gardens has passed.
DelDOT requires a minimum of 15% of residences to respond and 66% of responses in support for speed humps to pass. The response rate for our ballet was 21.5% with a 72.2% support rate.
Thank you to everyone who responded and for those who provided additional recommendations for future traffic calming measures. These will be reviewed and discussed further to see what additional updates could be made in the near future.
Representative Kim Williams and Senator Spiro Mantzavinos are already engaged to begin the process to have these implemented. Please be on the lookout for additional updates as we will post them as they become available.
