Time for Annual Dues Collection

The time has come for everyone to do their part to support our community by paying their annual dues. Kiamensi Civic Volunteers will be out on all the streets Tuesday June 2nd handing out flyers to each of our residences. We ask that each of you help us with a couple things to help make this a great experience for all:

  1. If you see a volunteer coming to provide a flyer, engage them and thank them for their time. The adults and children that you will see coming door to door are those that advocate for our residents in civic meetings with our local representatives, pick up trash in our parks, shovel snow, and provide support to our greater community.
  2. QR Code Usage: Pay your dues online this year by opening your camera app on your phone and scanning the QR code on the flyer. This will bring you right to our payment screen allowing you to pay your dues in less than a minute. Paying this way is better for everyone in terms of no lost checks, having to remember to drop off or mail, etc. You can also go to our site directly and pay: https://kiamensicivic.com/dues

Please pay your dues by July 6th so that we can provide a community update at that point and identify if we need to send out dues flyers for a second time in 2026.

If each resident does their part and pays their nominal dues of $30 per household ($25 for Senior Citizens), we will be able to retain such a low annual dues amount. Many communities in our area pay much more with some quoted at $60-$75 per year. Thanks everyone in advance for your help in making what we do to protect and support our neighbors!
